I loved how central this hotel was, being so close to the shops in the area. The staff was incredibly welcoming and willing to go the extra mile. The room was spacious, comfortable and had excellent facilities, including undercover car parking. Its quiet location made it peaceful to stay here.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Stayed here during Easter and had a great time. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was super friendly. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and shopping malls. , the room had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge and kettle.
The noise from the traffic was quite loud, especially during the night. , the housekeeping could have been better, as there were some stains on the sheets and a strange smell on the towels.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport and plenty of shopping areas nearby. Being downtown also meant that there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, including room service and housekeeping. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and a safe. I also appreciated the free toiletries and the electric kettle for making tea and coffee. I had a pleasant experience at this hotel.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I didnt like the room. I felt like I was in a box!,I Disliked the fact that it didnt have any windows that were attached to outside and therefore no breeze came into the room. The only window in the room was directly facing the corridor so everyone could see into your room quiet easily!

Spacious and comfortable rooms. the location is perfect for business travelers who want easy access to shopping areas and city transportation. the hotel staff provides useful advice on how to organize trips and activities around the area.
The rooms lack some basic equipment, such as soap and shower gel. the kitchen facilities are limited, making it difficult to prepare breakfast.

Good location.. Free parking.. Good room service
Reception lady charged my credit card at arrival without even asking or telling me how much she was gonna charge, and then made up a false excuse for why she did that, I was charged for 8 nights however I only stayed for 7 nights and she refused to refund me one night although it said free cancellation on the website. Very unhappy and would not stay there again and do not recommend at all !

Central location.
Rooms are not soundproof. There was noise from adjoining rooms, the floor above and the street outside.
